BOOKING POLICY

1. Please ask all your questions only after booking the service. Kindly do not message or email details of your problems or case details or questions without asking for an appointment first as I am unable to read or assess energy without a session booked in advance with proper time allocated and paid for. Also kindly do not call or visit my premises without appointment (for privacy reasons) and please email to set up a session or appointment via [email protected]. I am to reply to these emails within one to three working days.

REFUND POLICY

2. Kindly note in case an appointment is not available or not recommended by me or if it is cancelled there will be a full refund in case you already paid for it within one to ten working days, from the date of cancellation. If service is delivered there can be no refunds as the payment includes the time and attention or energy given already by me.

SERVICE GUIDELINES

3. The appointments cover consultations as well as if time permits, healing sessions/ alternative therapies using Tarot, Astro, Wiccan Spells, Meditation, Rituals and Positive Energy Work in case of regular or long term therapy or longer sessions of 1 hour or more. This is with the aim of helping clients in banishing or letting go of negative energies and manifesting positive energy in life, or looking into any aspect of life as asked. 

4. These sessions and courses are best taken as regular sessions (e.g. once a month or once every two weeks if need be, just like any other counselling or therapy session). One off email or video readings may help too but not give the same benefits if you are not a regular client.  

5. Depending upon the time limit and client's requirement, sessions may or may not include mindfulness meditation therapy session for spiritual advise, chakra healing, psychic energy reading if possible, banishing unwanted energy or negative forces, protection from evil spirits, energy vampires, or psychic attacks, and meditation or spells aimed at manifesting a positive reality using Positive Affirmations, Healing tools, Reiki, Tarot and Astro as supporting instruments. 

5. I am a Spiritual Guide or Teacher, a graduate in Psychology, Doctor of Alterative Medicine, as well as Past Life Therapist, Reiki channel and Wiccan healing expert. I do not claim to be a conventional medicine expert or offer any therapy or healing as a substitute of any conventional medical help you need or any financial or other advise. These sessions are purely spiritual in order to align with higher self.

7. Spells, affirmations, meditation, healing and divination, magical tools, courses, program, or services are not substitute for being a good human being. These modalities are best combined with a positive, non violence based, Ethical and Vegan lifestyle in order to cleanse karma and progress spiritually with harm to none as far as possible. These are recommended ways of living by Swati Prakash for your awareness whether or not you agree to follow the same as you create your own life.

8. I am against use of magical or energetic or astrological services for any harmful purposes or to control anyone sexually or mentally (vashikaran) or to curse, revenge, black magic, tantric aghora, evil vodoo, or any other negative purpose or to promote the use of any energy healing, magical, divination, tarot or psychic work in rigid fatalistic ways. 

9. We all manifest our reality through our vibrations and we can manifest a wonderful reality and protect ourselves from negative forces or banish negative energies, only through positive vibrations of beliefs, thoughts, emotions, intentions, and behaviour which are the five elements of nature and spiritual magick. 

10. Each person is responsible for their own energy and life. As per the Wiccan Rede (guidelines) one must Harm None and Do As You Will, Wiccans believe whatever you give returns your way multiple times - symbolised by the Power of Three x Three (Law of Karma). 

11. I can also train you in energy healing, positive Wiccan spells, Tarot and Divination for Initiation with 12 week courses in each subject (or a weekend workshop in case you have a small group to split the costs). These are all bookable in advance with recommended waiting time of two weeks for courses and workshops.

PRIVACY POLICY

12. All your information is confidential and used only for your own sessions and never disclosed to any third parties except in rare case of police or legal requirements or in the case of a risk of harm.

By taking any service or reading content, books, articles, etc. you agree to have read the guidelines above and to not hold Swati Prakash in any way legally or financially liable or accountable for any outcome of the service or advise as a result of your taking or purchasing any service or product from me or this website. No claims are made on the effectiveness or outcomes of any advise, service or product. Results vary from case to case based on energies and no guarantees are any time being made especially in case of any predictions of possible future outcomes, Tarot or astrological or any divination readings or outcome of any meditation, spell or healing. These are all self help tools and I, Swati Prakash am only a guide, mentor, or facilitator in your own healing and spiritual journey or lessons. These alternative therapies are for your self reflection and deeper understanding of your subconscious energy. Please enjoy the sessions and advise with a spiritual rather than predictive or fatalistic or deterministic point of view at your own discretion and for your own entertainment or pleasure, and at your own risk.
